Conifer Park's Glens Falls clinic provides a wide range of services addressing the needs of a diverse client base.

Sessions are broken down into specific groups to allow staff to best address client needs based on gender and age, and feature groups focus for those coping with:
* Severe and persistent mental illness in addition to chemical dependency problems
* Less acute mental health or chemical dependency issues
* Dual diagnosis who are involved with the criminal justice system
* Alcohol or chemical dependency

Each program listed above involves programming that covers:
* Early recovery topics
* Relapse prevention
* PAWS/Stress-anxiety and meditation
* Self-help and sober support networks
* Family systems
* Anger management
* Gender-specific groups for Men and Women

Late afternoon sessions concentrate on intensive Adolescent programs Monday through Friday.

Glens Falls also has a satellite office at the Hudson Falls BOCES, which features treatment twice weekly during the school year, with one day devoted to individuals and another to a group that covers Early Recovery Topics.

Additionally, a satellite clinic is available in Hudson Falls Monday through Friday. Topics covered at this office include: Early Recovery Topics, Relapse Prevention, Dual Diagnosis group and Living Sober. Individual sessions are conducted one day per week.
